Las fotos que hemos puesto estos últimos días en nuestra formación de heladeros han causado mucho más revuelo del que esperábamos entre vosotros, nuestros seguidores, ¡y nos ha hecho mucha ilusión!
Efectivamente, ya llevamos un tiempo planteándonos la posibilidad de incluir la palabra «heladeros» a nuestro currículum, y a nuestra formación autodidacta queríamos añadirle la que hemos realizado durante esta semana… En resumen, ha sido espectacular.
Obviamente sabíamos que la heladería, al igual de la panadería y la pastelería, tiene su ciencia, pero es increíble cómo cada detalle importa para que el dulzor, la cremosidad y el sabor lleguen al punto exacto que tú quieres.
El objetivo de Pastelería Ramos es crecer y ofrecer siempre lo mejor a nuestros clientes, y para ello es fundamental la pasión, la formación y también, por supuesto, escucharos. Nos hemos dado cuenta de que nuestros helados podrían ser un producto muy exitoso para nuestros seguidores más golosos, y por supuesto entra en nuestros planes intentarlo y trabajar duro para conseguirlo.
¡Pero tenéis que ser pacientes! Nos queda mucho que aprender sobre la formulación del helado, es necesario hacer inversiones y queremos contar con una plantilla de heladeros que sean capaces de innovar y crear los mejores productos para vosotros. Nuestro objetivo en tienda está fijado en el verano de 2022, ¡y creemos que va a ser la bomba!

Ya sabéis que la tradición y la innovación son la mejor fusión que llevamos a cabo en Pastelería Ramos. Nos atrae mucho la idea de crear helados de toda la vida que nos transporten a nuestra infancia y a tiempos felices en familia, pero también estamos deseando experimentar, crear sorbetes con sabores únicos y ofrecer, incluso, helados que puedan convertirse en un plato.
¿Quién no tomaría como aperitivo veraniego este helado de guacamole con nachos?
Después de pensarlo mucho, nos gusta como suena el concepto de «Ramos heladeros», ¡vamos a poner toda nuestra energía para que se haga realidad!
